We are hiring an Experienced Pallet Sorter to support a high-volume pallet repair operation in Auburn, Washington. This position is production-driven and best suited for sorters who are efficient, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The Pallet Sorter is responsible for inspecting, sorting, and stacking wooden food grade pallets. This role requires speed, consistent output, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Sorters are expected to maintain productivity while following safety procedures and quality guidelines.
This is steady, year-round work with opportunities for increased earnings based on performance.

Requirements
- Meet daily and weekly production goals | Identify pallet damage | Ensure pallets meet grade and quality standards | Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area | Follow all safety and operational procedures | Previous experience in a related field like construction, carpentry, or warehousing is preferred. Minimum of 1 year pallet repair/sorting experience required | Proven ability to meet or exceed production quotas | Strong understanding of pallet grades and repair standards | Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift | Reliable attendance and strong work ethic | Background Check - Required
