Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries.

Answers all incoming phone calls in a professional manner to include delivery orders, customer inquiries, and general business calls.

Cash Handling experience •

Process all deposits, wires, and cash requests.

Order and verify cash form Bank.

Source and order supplies for office

Remains visible and alert for customers who may need assistance.

Processes customer purchases accurately and efficiently.

Able to work rotating Saturdays 8-Noon

Receives payment for service by cash, check, credit cards or debits.

Reconcile Credit card statements

Issues receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.

Perform basic filing and recordkeeping.

Perform administrative and clerical support tasks.

Maintains drawer amounts by ensuring proper change are available.

Opens and closes registers according to designated procedures.

Assists customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.

Maintains clean and orderly checkout areas.

All other duties assigned.

Educations and/or Experiences: High School Degree and 2 years experience preferred or the equivalent combination of experience and education.
