Job Description

Schedule Tues 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Thursday 8:30 am to 6 pm, Friday 730am to 2:00 pm. Serve as a welcoming face of the practice. Maintain Patient flow, respond to inquiries, and create a professional, organized environment. Dependable, courteous, and confident in patient-facing communication

Requirements:

Greet Patients warmly, Answer incoming calls following protocols, Assit with check in check out procedures, maintain a tidy and neat front desk area, handle incoming mail and deliveries, collect and process payments, issue receipts and log transactions, confirm next day appointments, At Least 1 year of front desk, reception, customer service experience
