We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to

join our team. In this role, you will answer incoming phone calls, assist customers in

person, and manage the release of vehicles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate

excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to accuracy and

compliance in all paperwork. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.*Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, providing information

and directing calls as needed.

● Greet customers in person and guide them through the vehicle release process.

● Verify customer identification and required documentation before releasing

vehicles.

● Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with state

regulations.

● Double-check all work for accuracy and completeness before finalizing

transactions.

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle releases.

● Process payments and handle basic financial transactions.

● Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure timely and accurate

vehicle releases.

● Address customer questions and resolve issues with professionalism and

empathy.

● Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record

keeping.

● Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure safety and compliance..

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred. ● Previous experience working in an office environment is a plus. ● Strong attention to detail and commitment to double-checking work for accuracy. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette. ● Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office and email. ● Ability to accurately complete and review paperwork to maintain state compliance. ● Strong organizational and time management skills. ● Punctual and reliable, with a proven track record of consistent attendance. ● Ability to work weekends and holidays as required. ● Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. ● May occasionally lift or move items up to 25 lbs.
