Job Description
Create and finalize print jobs, and updae tickets accurately based on customer interactions. Act as a coordinator between customers, sales staff, and production employees to ensure smitth communication and workflow. demonstrate attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality in all aspects of the job. Maintain a high level of cusomer stisfaction by providing timely updates and support. Use microsoft office and other tools to support communication and documentation tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or comparable education preferred. Basic skills in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Active listening and conflict-resolution skills to handle clients concerns or complaints. Must be quality- minded and pay strong attention to detail. Must have the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Preferred: knowledge of desktop publishing or commercial printing. Strong organizational and time-managment skills
